We helped Michigan's best and fastest growing fence company stay connected with their customers. Henderson Fence is dedicated to installing the highest quality custom fences. With that dedication, they've grown to have a customer base that have had a constant wait time. The great people at Henderson Fence asked us to create a website that would match the current amazing reputation. During our discovery, we found that the administrative staff was spending a lot of time managing their clients with simple updates.

To keep up with Henderson Fence's fast-growing business, we focused one three main areas to achieved a desired future state.

Web Design_

Henderson Fence is the ideal business in which they do a few things very well. We showcased their four main fences on their site, very simple and straight forward. During part of our discovery phase, we learned and addressed the first three of the most asked questions by their clients. We displayed an easy to complete form that has had a successful conversion rate of 12%.

Visual Identity_

We created a simple, highly recognizable logo and color scheme that paired with the company's core value.

Job tracking_

The team at Henderson Fence had spent an incredible amount of time keep their customers informed, via phone calls, on the different stages of their job. We implemented a job tracking app on their site that the customers could check on their own. Additionally, the customer was notified with any status change via a template email. This resulted in a significant decrease in time spent manually notifying customers one of the many stages of their job from materials being order, permits, installation dates and more.
